The health condition of this location was miserable. The hospitals that were deprived from toilets, we built clean and safe toilets for them. All together 12 toilets were built, 6 in Phakse and 6 in Bamdoka. Since we had established projects for water supply, the construction of toilets were only possible by that water. In short time, the number of death rate reduced alarmingly due to proper sanitation and toilet facility. This project was funded by Karina Oliani – Brazil.

People from different part of the world came for rescue operations like Karina Oliani from Brazil, Caddia from Thailand, and Pemba Sherpa. Road was not in good condition so rescue operations were carried out by the help of helicopter.  Temporary Shelter, Water and Food were provided to the people. In Sindhupalchowk , mobile heath camp were established with the help of foreigners doctors for 1 week . Karina Oliani and her team remained for 1 week to help all the people suffering from different problems and diseases.  Various surgeries were carried out within 1 week. The people who could not afford medicine or did not have access to hospitals were treated in free of cost.  Various vaccinations programs were also carried out and the rescue operations were also carried out in various places of Kathmandu. The earlier rescues were sudden and we could not provide enough relief materials and help.

So, for future emergencies we are preparing ourselves and need your help to carry the relief projects smoothly.

Road Construction

Nov 30, 2018

Patle is one of the most remote areas is Nepal. This location is only   accessible after travelling for 5 days. The worst part is ,in case of any emergency the people there, can only use helicopter facility, which is very expensive. During earthquake, the road was constructed by the help local people and government. This helped to supply the proper equipment’s to the victims of earthquake and carry out rescue operations. With the help of this road, now three districts are accessible.  Health issues like Pregnancy and other problems were very hard to tackle because there was no access to  road, now 25 km road is constructed and still more is on construction. Every year maintenance is done and other maintenance. For this, we have received aid from various foreign investment. We hope we get funds from all over the world to help these project as road maintenance takes lot of effort and have to be maintained in short period of time and again.
